love, the late Helen Louise Anderson, along with his children, grandchildren and great-

He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force from 1944-47; graduated from Temple University BA in Business Administration; and was a Real Estate and Insurance Broker, Rotarian, and community leader in Gloucester City from 1950-2003. He retired to Cecil County, MD, and also maintained residences in Avalon, NJ, and Plymouth, VT, for many years, where he and his beloved wife Helen enjoyed hosting family and friends. An avid skier, he skied over 75 mountains in the United States, Canada, and Europe, and with Helen, enjoyed travel to North America, England, Spain, Morocco, Greece, and Egypt.
William’s wishes were that his passing is recognized in a simple manner, with family and friends gathering privately for fellowship and to share a meal and celebrate life, rather than mourn his departure. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Gloucester City Little League, P.O. Box 183, Gloucester City, NJ 08030.
