On December 20, 2022. Age 34. Of Voorhees. Beloved son of Nancy Coffield-Testa and Paul Testa; loving brother of Victoria Testa; cherished grandson of Nancy Pliszczak; nephew of Jim and Terri Fishburn, Nick Testa, Robert and Teresa Ludwig, Robert and Dawn Hausman; cousin of Justin and Adrianna Fishburn, and Alexis Hausman. Billy is also survived by the loving and caring staff of Voorhees Pediatric Facility.
A Memorial Service in celebration of Billy, will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City, where family and friends may visit from 12 pm to 1 pm. Interment will be private at a later date.
