WESTVILLE, NJ (June 24, 2023)–The Westville Police department would like to welcome its newest member, Patrolman David Gaines. Ptlm. Gaines was sworn in last night during the borough’s council meeting. We wish him great success in his career here serving and protecting the residents of Westville!
